The service at Hair FX is awesome.  Everything about the hair piece is explained and how to take care of the hair.  The stylist, Carrie, cuts the hair to make the hair piece look so natural that you cannot tell that it is a hair piece.  Coming to The New Hair FX was and is the right decision.

I have worn some type of hair system for over twenty years now. During those years I have been a client at several different organizations that offer "the best" systems and service. Under the new ownership here at FX, I have truly received the "best service" of them all. Carrie's personable approach and sincere concern for my appearance and satisfaction have made this aspect of my everyday life much more fulfilled. About ten years ago, I starting using "hair systems". Living in a southern suburb of Detroit, I naturally went to a facility in Detroit. I put up with poor service and quality for years, then changed to another company. Unfortunately, same "assembly-line" type of situation.  Different stylist on each visit, hassle after hassle, inconsistent color, styling, cutting, etc., etc. I became so frustrated, I quit using hair systems.

Oddly enough, an assistant manager had tipped me off about a facility in Toledo, he had heard was very good, etc. I, eventually, contacted "Hair FX". Although it is a long drive from my city to Toledo, I couldn't be more happy. The Manager / Stylist --- Carrie Kolbe --- is very experienced and has an excellent facility. Attention to detail, vast experience, pleasant surroundings, extremely professional in every manner, makes a visit there a pleasure. My wife could not believe the difference when I came home, for the first time, from  Hair FX.

I would highly recommend.... the new  Hair FX experience ..........to anyone. I look forward to each visit.
